Interesting question...but there is an answer.
People fantasize in whatever modality they have available. If you have sound, then hearing would be the stimulant, if you have touch, then that would provide the excitement. It is like asking what a person who speaks another language thinks about; they use whatever they have available to provide the information the body needs to respond.

What could he be imagining? Most likely being a jerk face to as many people as possible on LearnLink during his undergrad studies at Emory. I'm fairly confident that is one of the things that does it for blind people... albeit this answer is purely anecdotal in origin.

yep, that factor does play a part - virgin. your question would have had a different position had you asked if they "see'' or imagine anything while masturbating.
