should I waive my right to see my reccomendations for the undergraduate college application which my teachers wrote for me? I mean does it affect the application and the decision for getting into the college?

Absolutely waive your rights, that way those giving the recommendations will give a more honest answer. It also shows your college you have nothing to hide. Almost everyone does it.

Yes -- waive your rights. It is a standard request, and nearly everyone goes along with it.
