No, you definitely don't look 13. First picture, i'd say 17-18. Next pic i'd guess, 18-20...

I honestly wouldn't say you look like 13 lol,the only thing I can suggest is that you let people immediately realise you are older/your age by talking with a nice tone so that way if people do think you look young,you can automatically create an image of yourself.

having a baby face right now may be a pain but as you get older you'll be glad
I'm 45 and most people think I'm barely 25
really
it will be a big blessing later on in life
so for now just make sure u carry id with u
