I'm excited that after job searching for a couple months I'm finally getting my first interview! I'm excited even though its only working for Sears.

I'm mostly looking for a job so that I can learn to open up more and deal with people, since I have social anxiety etc...Any tips on the interview to help me land the job?

NOTE: I also don't have a resume, since I don't have previous job experienc, and not really anything I can count as experience, is that really bad?

Never mention a disorder, but when appropriate say something about wanting a job serving the public so you can practice interaction more. You could mention you're shy, but keep it easy, you don't want your interviewer thinking they have something to be concerned about.
If your heart begins to beat fast, breathe deep and slow, that'll help. Always look your interviewer in the eyes, no fidgeting (fold your hands in your lap, or on the table), and appear pleasantly comfortable.
Let your happiness shine through, I bet you'll get this job.
Best wishes.

Whenever I need to drive away anxiety..I would treat the event at par with something that excites or "makes me better in control" e.g. sex.

If I were giving my first interview, I would treat the office people who get me seated as the "pimps" and "madams", other candidates as different "clients" and the interviewer as "prostitute". My objective is to "satisfy" the prostitute in such a way that I get permanent access to her p*ssy. Well, I do have my technical qualifications and inner confidence.

Sorry for sounding so risque, but this is just the way you "imagine" things. Imagination makes the "diversion" in moments of anxiety much easier to manage. That's just my suggestion. You need not think about sex: think about something else that may excite and control you such as "preparing your favourite dish" etc.

Though nothing beats sex, truly! Mark my words.

plan the route to the interview, make sure you are early (10 minutes should be fine!) and dressed appropriately, any tattoos covered up and your hair neat!
don't look at your watch and turn off your phone, make direst eye contact and don't be afraid to be verbal, just politely nodding along isn't going to guarantee a job! ask about working hours and stuff but avoid talk about wages just yet!

if you were fired from your last job then get it out in the open ASAP! they will respect you for being honest and hold it against you if you try hide it!!!
above all, be confident but not cocky and be on time!

good luck!

do no longer difficulty getting the magazine you will only be paying for into the hype. Ziggy was in a boyband called Northern Line. He and Chanelle have been contestants of massive Brother 8. that they had a bad courting interior the living house. She walked out because of the fact of him and he replace into the fourth runner up. they're now (in my attitude) cashing in on the magazine deals and so on.

Just remember you are talking to people.
Read up on what they do and what the job description is and tell them what they want to hear, it works every time.

Just be yourself, I know sounds simple and kinda cliche...

But that's the best thing you can do.

I don't think it's bad, everyones gotta start somewhere!!
