I'm a bit too lazy to do the math on batters per start, but the leaders as far as total batters faced this year were:

1. C Sabathia - CLE - 975
1. B Webb - ARI - 975
3. J Blanton - OAK - 950
4. A Harang - CIN - 948
5. D Willis - FLA - 942
6. D Haren - OAK - 935
7. J Lackey - LAA - 929
8. R Halladay - TOR - 927
9. T Hudson - ATL - 925
9. C Zambrano - CHC - 925

That should be on-par with a pitcher's quality start %. With this in mind - here's what I found... (I listed the top 11 - as Glavine and Santan are tied for 10th)

Dan Haren 89.3%
Jake Peavy 85.2%
Brad Penny 82.1%
Fausto Carmona 80.8%
John Smoltz 80.8%
Kelvin Escobar 76.0%
Tim Hudson 75.0%
Erik Bedard 75.0%
CC Sabathia 72.4%
Johan Santana 71.4%
Tom Glavine 71.4%
