Thus far I am capable of only getting 3 completed side. Does anyone know how to complete the entire cube? :P

There is two ways both pretty easy if you are willing to work at it
A. Twist the top sideways at an angle and take out the middle piece and then you can take the rest of the pieces our and re-arrange it.
OR
B. This way is about maths and algorithms, but if you don't need to know anything about that to beat it.
You just need to memorise several different codes (eg turn top clockwise, bottom anti, right clock etc). The videos below have a step by step guide to solve it. If you can memorise the codes you can solve one in less then 1 min

If you work through the steps slowly, you should be able to learn to solve it. I believe that some people have the kind of brain which allows them to do it without thinking. They are the speed cubers and are probably the worst teachers because they sometimes don't know how they do it themselves!
Remember that the centre cubes in each face are fixed. You can only rotate the six faces around them.

Oh come on now guys be nice how could u say such rude stuff! like get a life, and i beat mine with a hammer! The real deal is with my rubiks cube ive made it all except one so i gave up on mine. THIS IS GOOD ADVICE: Don't get a rubiks cube unless your ready for stress!!

There is a formula which I have used for years. It works everytime as long as you start with one complete side and with all the colours on the edges in the correct place. I`m sure if you look online, you will find a solution.

If they're stickers you can just rearrange them. I know it's cheating but that was the only way I could ever solve it.
