When I sit down I am constantly, and unconsciously, bouncing one or more of my legs up and down on my toes. When I try to stop, all I can think about is the tension in my legs and how I am trying to not move my legs anymore. I do this even when I am alone but this makes me look insecure in social situations and it's pissing me off quite frankly. Has anyone experienced this and have a solution? I am 5" 6 and 160 lbs if that's important. Thanks

Hm, Yoga? It might be you need to relax. I have some references under my profile. Emotional intelligence is a must for today anyway as the pressures now are only going up. The mind shift is a requirement today. Notice how people are more surely and skeptical, which translates as negative. We are going out of our minds and we have to know how to go up into higher consciousness that can handle the complexity or down into unconsciousness and death. Can you see that at all? Here's one reference, for instance. Part of a bigger picture, if you follow the trail I've laid out. http://www.brucelipton.com/article/mind-over-genes-the-new-biology
