my 99 daewoo leaks on the inside and both sides of my car floors are wet what is it?

It is likely water leaking around the windshield and running down behind the dash to the floor. It could also be the heater core. More likely the first mentioned.

It sounds like the seals around your doors are bad. Check them out or have a pro check them out, as you may have to have them replaced, so your car will stay dry inside.

either your windows were down... or the seals on your doors are no good any more...
