Talk to him about it. Well all I know is that my husband masterbaits a lot and he has learned a lot of control. This makes for to long of a man, but better then a minute man because you get satisifed and then eventually he does to. Every situation has good and bad points. My point was to suggest to him to try and do that alittle more often so he can last and he might take you up on it. If he already does this you can try some of the de sensitizers in sex shops or something like that. Good luck Kim

Buy a book about TANTRIC SEX. Send it to him, or leave it in the "Reading room" (bathroom) where he's certain to find it. Then let nature take its course. By the way, it's the WOMAN who sets the tone of lovemaking. Next time it's "hot date night", light a candle and get out the massage oil and tell him that you're in charge.

Dr. Oz says that people should have sex at least 4 times per week. Are you not having enough sex with each other? Sometimes that is the reason why they get all excited and don't last very long. Have more frequent and consistent sex, and he should last longer. Worst case, maybe he should consult a doctor.

You have to talk to him - he doesn't like it any more than you do. It takes practice and patients. Read some books together on the subject of premature ejaculation. There are techniques that work. The main thing is communication with your partner. Men really want to satisfy their partner and have a fear of being too quick.

Premature ejaculation is caused by specific things that you do before and during sex. Most of the time without even realizing it. Read here https://tr.im/MTPid
Premature ejaculation is not some gene you're born with, the result of your penis size or a part of your personality that you can never change.

Get your orgams first, them he can have his. He needs to prolong his erection using a 50 cent stretchy bracelet that can be bought in a little kid's quarter machine. It has a tiny hole in it but stretches nicely to provide for a lasting erection. It is much cheaper than a cock ring, and you can have him wear a fresh one whenever it gets a little worn out.

have more sex. in the same night and all week. Slow him down. If he is just going to town on you really fast then you have to get him to slow down. Consider get some desensitizing spray. If you don't want to tell him what it is lie and tell him that it's lubricant.
