sitting bull, he was leader, father, and a skilled speaker. he also stood up to the u.s. goverment when noother warrior chief had the balls.

Osceola was the Seminole Chief an answerer was trying to think of ahead of me. There was also Pontiac, Black Hawk, Gall, Rain - the - Face, Hump, Cochise, Magnus Coloradas, Little Turtle, Blue Jacket, Red Jacket, Nana, Victorio, just to add a few more to the lists already mentioned.

Wow, this could be quite a list; there were several and I'm sure I'll miss some.

Crazy Horse is certainly one, but what about:

Red Cloud

There was also the leader of the Seminole that fought Jackson in Florida who's name escapes me at the moment and many, many others.
