Alienware my friend..
Alienware make's some of the most bada$$ gaming laptops and machinery I have ever seen. And you can build it yourself!
They are expensive, yes.. but they will last you at least 10 years. That and this is what that company does, they make hardware just for gaming.

The dv9548us is clearly better, just by virtue of having a more advanced video card.
If you want a really hot laptop for gaming, thought, right now Toshiba has the best rig.

the first one is better double the ram and you need ram for vista
