I have been suffering from it on and off for quite a while now. I heard that its cause can be lack of sex. That was definitely true until June/July of this year. I haven't got it now, but it occasionally rears its ugly head!!
Is it a harmless problem, or can it be a forewarning of an STD? If so, which STDs attract penis discharge?
Thank you for everyone who offers genuine help.

The discharge is yellowish. It can make my penis (especially the tip) quite tender. As I say, I don't have it now. I found that during masturbation I can get quite a pleasant feeling. But it's obviously not too nice for my girlfriend if we were to have sex (I don't have sex if currently suffering with the problem - and we ALWAYS use a condom).

I have never heard lack of sex/masturbating can cause a discharge from the penis unless you are talking about a nocturnal emission where you ejaculate in your sleep.
A semi- or continuous drip is usually an indication of a sexually transmitted disease, usually gonorrhea. Get yourself checked out. Ask a doctor. They see these things and worse all of the time. Much better to be safe than sorry!
Good luck!

It might be Peyronie's disease, which results from inflammation and scarring in a particular part of the male anatomy known as the tunica albuginea. This is quite a difficult condition to treat and there is quite a lot of evidence that the standard medical treatment, POTABA or potassium para amino benzoate, does not in fact work! This leaves only surgery as a useful option. The condition certainly needs specialist management, so he should start by visiting his GP.

You are not drinking enough water to flush your kidneys and you have got a UTI you need antibiotics. A yellow discharge means a bacterial infection.

I truly have no idea but it certainly doesn't sound right. You probably have something called non specific urethritis (NSU). It's not necessarily an STD so don't be embarrassed.
Take yourself and Mr Happy down to your local hospital...when you think about what is at stake, it's worth the trip!

u would get a discharge if u dont have sex/masturbate for a long time. the body needs to get rid of the semen. allow it to take its natural course. thats the simpliest explanation, if this isnt correct then u may have to see ur doctor.. especially if it gets worse
