To be exact it would be 9 wall lights and one centre light, removing the old ones and wiring up the new!

If there were no problem fixings and the wiring was okay, somewhere in the region of £60.00-70.00 + VAT would be reasonable. (+ possibly travelling time?)

Since you have said 'replace' light fittings I am making an assumption that there is already good wiring in place and that no wall lights will need moving. If that is the case then the job would take about 1 - 1.5 hours plus a Continuity and Insulation Resistance test so the fee would probably be £80-£100.

Most tradesmen will give you a free quotation.
in London it could be £500 or in Newcastle £300, all depends on the area, work involved and the size of the company.
