I told her I liked this guy and she went and asked him to start talking to her what should i do be mean to her or just not talk to her period

That isn't a friend.
You have had a really good indicator as to what to expect.
Sounds more like she is trying to one-up you and swipe anything that you are attracted to.
This is very immature drama-queen behavior and you don't need it. What else is she planning on stealing from you?

This girl oviously isnt a true friend if she was she wouldnt be trying to get into your crush, tell her how you feel if you still want to be mates with her and tell her how much she hurt you, or even still get revenge and make this lad like you more!

She's not your friend. You don't have to DO anything. Just KNOW that she's not your friend - and then act accordingly.
If I were you - I'd avoid her -and if she asked why I'd tell her that she hurt my feelings and didn't act like a friend.

You should confront her about it. How could she do this. You trusted her. If she knows that you liked him and she went with him, she's not a good friend.
