How do I ugrade the memory on my Acer l100?

Specifically how do you take it apart to get to the mem slots?

well.... first things first. take off the side panel. its the one on the left when you look at the front. experiment with taking it off, different cases will have different ways of taking it off. once you get it off, you should see 2 or 4 slots next to your heatsink/fan. in the slots, there will already be at least 1 card. the slots the cards are in are the memory slots. when you wnat to put in mroe memory, just stick them in there.

each memory slots should also have button like tabs on each end. these tabs are for releasing the memory stick when you wnat to take them out.

when putting them in, make sure the tabs are all the way out and make sure the ram is facing the right direction. just push it in. you have to use a bit of pressure thought.
