I read them all to give all the answerers a fair shake at the 10 points. To me its the only fair way to do it and it's only right since people took their time to answer it

Wwhat I do is this.
First I choose a question with only a few answers [lets say 12].
Then I read the question.
Then I read all the answers, and I'll choose the best or the funniest.

I read them. The ones that are 15 paragraphs for 1 answer, I scan.

I read all.
Occasionally, I'm not sure of which one to choose as the best.
But I always give at least a significant ammount of thoughtful consideration before I make my choice.

I read them all. I give the rewards to the answer that is the most insightful. I believe if they choose to answer it, they have something sincere to offer.
