No. But Carter certainly does. He forgets he is from a democratic republic instead of a totalitarian country, as he so loves dictators.

No, as most people know, one must have a mind before a mental condition can be present.

His personality did change - the first term was him reading off the teleprompter (and having a very hard time of it) to get done what the people who bought and paid for him wanted to get done, mainly obscenely reduced taxes and more loopholes in existing laws for billionaires.

His second term was for him to do whatever he wanted and could get done - pretty much nothing, so far. (He has been reading off the teleprompter, again, recently, though.)

All presidents change over the 4 to 8 years they are in office. for one thing their hair always seems to get greyer from the day they went in to the day they left.
The amount of stress in that job has to be something we can't even imagine, the people that criticize will never live under that much stress, harassment and total amount of garbage the person in that office has to take every day of their presidency.
To me anyone that wants the job is crazy!

The current President and any former and subsequent presidents can only play the cards they are dealt. Origninally, President Bush's focus was on controling spending, cutting taxes and Social Security reform. Then 9/11 occurred. The priorities changed rapidly and drastically.

I guess you could say that that day changed everything. it was a monumentally important moment in America's history.

I saw an interview with some renowned Psychologist who said she thought Bush is suffering from schizophrenia. He has all the symptoms. The past drinking and drug problems coupled with the stess of the office certainly have helped contribute to or worsen his schizophrenia.

Seriously--yes. There's no way to be certain simply from observing his public appearances. But his behavior is symptomatic of a mental disorder of some kind--though its not clear exactly what. That would take an examanitation by a qualified therapist to determine.

He is accountable for his actions and he hasn't given in to the amazing amount of criticism from it. I think he 'gives' some people obsessive and irrational mental conditions because he's stayed solid and doesn't give into them so they resort to immature and excessive hatred. Sad some people can't handle not getting their own way in a democracy without becoming irrational.

He may very well have, but the politicians have a habit of telling you whatever you want to hear and when they get in office they all do as they please, to feather their own nests.

Your English grammar is less than perfect. You don't say what country your are in and what president your writing about. I won't try to guess.

He's obviously suffering from depression, social phobias, and anxiety, all probably related to his heavy cocaine and alcohol abuse as a 40 year old teen.
