It depends. If the hitter is the winning run he has to touch all the bases in order for the run to count. If the winning run is a runner then the runner needs to cross home plate and the batter needs to at least touch first base before he celebrates. Truthfully, the batter will probably touch all bases so that there won't be any issues. MLB could probably make the teams keep playing if the batter was the winning run and started to celebrate before touching home plate. If he leaves the playing field the opposing team needs to touch home plate with the ball and the home run would negated and play would continue. I don't know if this has ever happened though.

The rule book say that it's a home run not when the ball has cleared the fence, but when the batter has touched all four bases. Therefore, he has to make the run.

They round the bases so they get the run. They have to touch all four in the correct order, and I think that rule was inserted after the guy who ran the bases backwards, because all you had to do was touch all the bases no one thought to be specific.

Depends, if it's a solo HR, he has to round the bases to touch home plate. If there are men on base, the go ahead run just has to touch home and the Batter can do naked cartwheels down the right field foul line if he wants to.
