Miles' BITCHES BREW album is among the best, but I like his former drummer Tony Williams' LIFETIME band. Mahavishnu Orchestra's BIRDS OF FIRE and other albums show they are at the top! Also the early Brecker Brothers group with Billy Cobbham on drums: Dreams would be at the top. There are others I could list but I have to leave. Email me.
