I think it's terrible when it's illegal. If I owned a store, I wouldn't want someone to draw/tag/spray paint their crap all over it without my consent.

It looks ugly on street walls and fences, but sometimes, it can be totally amazing.
It's against the law to Graffiti over someone elses property, or someplace public without permission.
I think there should be walls reserved for this type of art, so you can see it if you wish but if you're gonna be all hyporcritical them stay away - simple.
Sure there are gonna still be some people who break the law again, but it should help decrease the number.

It's bad it a crime. The talent of the artist is not the point.
Besides it being a crime, it's just wrong to paint on something that's not yours. There are ethics to being an artist.
I'm a photographer if I'm going to photograph someone on a personal level. I ask permission. I just don't go sticking cameras in people's faces. If you want to paint a wall ask the owner's permission. You'll be surprised how far that can take you.

Graffiti on some one elses property is not cool. I see more and more artists using canvas to do their art, then it's cool.

art is ok..b ut where i am most of the graffiti is similar to gangs marking territory

I actually like it, some of it is very good.
I love watching trains go buy, the stuff they do on train cars is awesome.
I just hate it when it is full of offensive language or hate messages.

whether it is bad or not depends from one to anothr . .. talking about myself .. i think spraying graffiti is a lot of fun .. unless it violates anyrules or hurts anyones feelings..

I think that they should put their artistic talents into something that will make them money, not make them pay a fine.

i think some is, and when its on someone elses property, etc.
but some is cool, you know ones that look really good, and its like, wow how they do it. lol
