I believe you mean MgSO4, magnesium sulphate, by "magnesium suphate ".
Well, if you know the mass of your MgSO4 sample, you can easily calculated the needed mass of BaCl2, to enable the following reaction:
MgSO4 + BaCl2 ==> BaSO4(s) + MgCl2
First dissolve MgSO4, then slowly add BaCl2 solution. BaSO4 will precipitate out. The solubility of BaSO4 is almost zero. Upon filtration, that would leave you quite pure MgCl2.
