i wanna stay in shape for basketball, so how do i stay fit and exercise, even with my injured knee that i can hardly bend?

ps. ive already seen a doctor, but i just forgot to ask that... it will be more money to go again, and my mom refuses to take me because well have to pay again. if your gonna suggest something, dont say something like, "go back to the doctor" or "tell your mom to take you to the doctor" or stuff like that, CAUSE I ALREADY DID... so please... just help me out...
