You can ejaculate without orgasming. This is not the norm, of course. It's called edging. You can only do this a few times and when you finally do orgasm, not much comes out.

There are rare occasions when ejaculation can happen without orgasm, but not usually. If the ejaculation is accompanied by rhythmic pulses, then yes, it was an orgasm.

No just because you ejaculate doesn't mean you have orgasmed. when you orgasm your whole body tinkles and shakes with excitement.

It does not. They usually go hand in hand but they can happen independently too. I've had it happen both ways.
