I used to feel that way when I lost my connection with God, through lack of faith, trust and belief.

I know that this sounds too vague, yet it isn't...for when we stay connected through prayer and meditation...we feel like no matter where we travel, asleep or awake...we are never alone...have you read the poem, "Footsteps in The Sand?"

Yes I do and I think everyone does now and then, even if they have a great family and great friends etc.
I try and do something positive like paint, listen to heavy metal rock turned up loud, write poetry, talk about my issues to others who care or have a nap.

yea i did. i was all alone with no one to talk to. but then she came along and made me realize that there are other people like me out there. alone and just waiting for someone special to talk to.

I give myself 20min.of pitty potty and try real hard to self talk my way out.Cause we are not alone unless we want to be.And its not an issue unless we make it one

YES ALL THE TIME. BUT I KNOW THAT JESUS IS WITH ME, SOMETIMES LIFE IS SO HARD AND LONELY. I PRAY TO FEEL CLOSE TO GOD, IT HELPS ME SO VERY MUCH SOMEHOW IT GETS ME THROUGH HARD DARK TIMES, AND HE LETS ME KNOW HE HEARS MY CRY. I LOVE HIM AND KNOWS HE CARES.

sometimes...but I know I can always go to my family for support and I know they will always be there for me =)
