yes I hate that myself. There is only so much an individual can have dumped on them in one day before they break there self. I understand because my family, do it often. I have a great family and don't mind some of it but theres days when everyone of them call me with their problems and I go into overload. Cheer up Calam. things will get better for everyone, don't let it bring ya down too much. Turn off the phone for a while and don't answer email or im's for a while and do something that makes you happy

if your not a health professional why listen to the point of ruining your mind? put some music on take a hot bubbles, take the phone off the hook. have some fun alone not being bothered. dance-get a mirror give yourself a make-over. try on clothes and sexy things. hats as well. do something for you!!! order out. or bring it home with you before you begin this day as to be left alone.

Yes. You need to get yourself away from those people for a little bit. Take some time for yourself. Play your favorite music. That always puts me in a better mood. Or go scream your frustrations into your pillow. :)

yes but ok then try this
a Mummy and Daddy balloon are in bed one night when baby balloon decides to join them as he's feeling a bit lonely. He tries to get in between them both but there isn't enough room.He lets a little bit of air out of Daddy and a little bit out of Mummy but still there isn't enough room. After several goes at this he decides to let some air out of himself. When he is fully deflated he fits in and snuggles up to Mum and Dad.
The next morning daddy is furious, well son he said " not only have ya let me and your Mum down youv'e let yourself down too"

No, I like to help others to get over the rough patches in their lives, it's a form of therapy for me and it's a way of paying back people for the times that they have been there for me!!

i got it all the time from the girl who lives in our block...for some reason she came to me with her problems and she used to sit there going ooon and oooon, in the end i had to tell her that she needed to sort herself out and stop burdening other people with her stuff...i used to listen to her once but now she's just doing my head in...so i had to get a spy hole in my front door so i know who's knocking on my door, i also changed my number...i have been avoiding her for ages, now she's bothering someone else in our block and leaving me alone...next time i am not going to be so sympathetic....

It happens to me all the time.
I was told by a "coach" not to get involved as all those negativity comes off on you.
So take care. Stay away from such people .
