GM uses an oil pressure switch located behind the distributor to shut down the engine in case of loss of oil pressure.

If after the engine warms up, and oil thins out a little, at idle there may not be enough oil pressure to keep the pressure switch active.

Are you running synthetic oil.
Is your oil pressure gage working?
Does it go really low at idle?

could be a lot of different things, depends...
93?...IAC = Idle air control.... this will cause rough idle and stalling.
O2 sensor, the computer could be getting readings, trying to adjust to compensate by raising idle, then it reads too much so it reduces idle and constantly is chasing itself till if finally stalls...sometimes a fuel delivery service can take care of this...
Have your computer read/scanned for codes and that should identify anything that needs attention...

Many possible solutions, most having to do with the computer system; have it scanned and check inputs. Probable causes are the idle speed motor and EGR systems.
Good luck.
