Yes. My two nieces and nephew are my kids .. I care for them so ... They suprises and shocks never end but its all worth it when they're happy
My oldest niece is the smartest sweetest thing, where she got that from I'll never know that surprises me . She made honor roll and has her first crush on a boy I about cried...
My nephew is a little demon. Constantly in trouble. One day he comes home and and tells his little sister when shes bad "you can't do that God is watching you!" I was laughing so hard. If he'd told me to **** off I wouldn't have been as shocked! Then he got in trouble at school for peeing on the bathroom floor while singing Metalica's Big Balls ... I didn't raise him to be like that!
My youngest niece, who's looks like an angel is manipulative as can be but so cute you don't care, instead of saying her first words she out and said "I want macaroni and cheese" no little words just a sentence. I was amazed!

My daughter has always been good about surprising us. Our son, well, HIS surprise was what a nice man he has turned out to be and how responsible. We had our doubts!

Just yesterday my daughter came over with my grandson and I wasn't expecting them. We had a great day too. We had a spiderman contest with my other daughter there.
I lost.

Yes, especially when they tell me that after all these years, they know what I told them was the right version of anything and they agree with me.
My youngest son recently had a child with his girlfriend and told me that he remembers me telling him and his brother that if I'd never done anything else well in my life, my greatest achievement and joy was knowing I had them...now he understands and agrees because of his new son. **TALK** about bringing tears to your eyes!!!!
