Well, you've basically got three parts:

3x
-2y
-3x

Now, the 3x and the -3x cancel each other out, so the simplified expression is

-2y

Rahidz is correct.

You can't solve that expression, there is no "=" sign. Always in Algebra, combine like terms (3x-3x) cancel leaving you with the expression -2y
