Create a new facebook account with "stuff you want him to see" :)

You can deny the friend request. Or you could add him and let him see your limited profile. You can specify exactly what is displayed in your limited profile, so you could make some things available for your boss to see, but not others.

I'd say add him to your limited profile, but make your limited profile not so obvious. He may think your profile is a bit boring, but probably wouldn't know.

only tell him which you have constantly made a factor of retaining your person existence separate out of your expert existence. that's authentic, and could function an indirect hint that he's being unprofessional. Or in case you like, you may only lie and say which you infrequently bypass to fb to any extent further. yet do no longer whinge approximately your activity on fb, this is too public. He can easily hear in on you there in spite of in case you do no longer chum him.

I think it's strange for a boss to do that. I mean I keep my bosses at arms length and they do the same to us employees. It's supposed to be a professional not personal relationship between a boss and employee.

Trust me, unless you want to be further barraged by your boss, don't add him as a contact. Instead, create a generic profile to eliminate him from your "more confidential" info.

Tell him you outgrew that site. Or clean up your act. Your choice, because you know your boss will not take" no "lightly.

add him but put him on your limited...so that he doesnt see your photos, tagged, etc. if he asks then say you didn't add any photos, and that you disabled the tagged application ;-)
