My wife walked in on me and my girlfriend this past weekend and kicked me out of the house. She won't answer the phone or emails. Would it be trespassing if me and my girlfriend went back to the house and have sex.

why not just distance yourself from your wife, go to the girlfriends house, and don't hurt your wife anymore. how insensitive and immature u are, at least if your going to cheat don't do it in your own house. don't u even care if u hurt your wife?
