What is it like to have one contact lens in one eye, and to be blind in the other?

Yes, it's a really weird feeling. I had to drive home like that, and I'm blind as a bat without my contacts. Needless to say, I always carry my glasses, a contact case, and a small bottle of solution with me now.

ugh. that sucks. It's a little head-ache inducing and things are kind of blurry, but if you can manage to cover up your eye with out the contact in [like may hair is long and hangs over my eyes anyways, so i just push it to the side that i can't see out of anyways] it helps a little. Plus, I'm used to walking into things and falling ove nothing so it's not exactly something weird when I walk down the hallway at school and fall

I wore amber in one eye & green In the other eye just to see if anyone would notice....2 people out of a 8 hr work day are the only ones to notice

I dont wear glasses or contact lenses, but i probably should...

Yep. It wasn't bad. My left is is much better than my right, so it was kinda even.

yeah i have. its so annoying when im trying to read notes at school. it takes so long to copy them!!! its just a really irritating situation to be in.
