Sure, why not, if it strengthens your position. Just be sure not to exaggerate, since they might just say they can't match an offer, so go take it.
It would be good if you stressed when talking about the other offers that you'd really like to work for the company you are negotiating with.

Yes. If they know that you're being pursued by other companies, they will up their offer. Just make sure that you really do have another offer. Some applicants lie about this and I don't recommend that.

I wouldn't. If they don't give you what you think you deserve, then advise them that you are giving them your two weeks notice and then leave and go work for the other company. If they want to keep you, they can re-negotiate.
