Kmart.

I have a Super Kmart near my house. Their grocery prices keep going way up, most of their clothes look like crap, and it's cheaper to go to Walmart, Target or Meijer and get better and cheaper things.

People won't be going to Kmart as much and they'll close over the next 5 years or so

It doesn't matter which goes next. Wal-mart plans to eradicate all of them with their voodoo power of rolling back prices. Not just retail stores. They already have fast food in every store. Eventually, every Wal-mart will have it's own airport.
