You could if you got a video capture device that had a USB interface.
It is going to be low res, compared you your laptop screen. Also I suspect that it would probably add a significant lag to the display of the image, which could be disastrous for game play.
The short answer is: No.

er, no
the laptop monitor is built-in. it has no inputs besides from the computer itself
you could open it up and do some rewiring, but then the laptop itself might not work
