I have a butterfly on my right shoulder. I love it. I'm planning on getting one on my lower back soon too.

I waited fourty years to get it. I really wanted one but wanted it to be really meaningful.
I have survived cancer three times. I was watching the show Miami Ink and saw a girl get a rosary around her ankle. I went into my bedroom and got out my antique Irish rosary.
I took it took a reputable tattoo shop, they looked at it and I made an appointment for the next day.
The beads are green stone going around my ankle with white gold beading in between. There are three green beads seperated by white gold beading (each one of the three green beads representing a battle with cancer) leading to a white gold celtic cross portrayed in black on my foot.
It is so realistic that it is unreal.
I am so proud of it. I get so many comments. For the few ones who make smart remarks I tell them what it symbolizes and they shut up.
The down side of tattooing is that it is addictive. I haven't gotten another but I get the itch quite a bit.

2 spiderwebs on my hands connecting to my fingers which each have a little flame on them. (Apart from my thumb)
And the four suits (Hearts, diamonds, spades, clubs) Going around my neck (Pretty damn painful to get)
And the grim reaper playing a flaming guitar on the left lower side of my back
I like them fine but people seem to get the wrong idea.
Dunno why but 9/10 people seem to think anyone who has a tattoo is automatically a bad person.

Yes, 2. Dogtags for a family member that passed and a gothic fairy. Both are on my back on each side of my shoulders.

No I just have birthmarks. I have 2 forest green ones on my left arm. That's the only ink I got on me.

Yes, I have one tattoo. It is a tribal heart on my low back. I love mine, but, I will not get anymore!
