If anyone can help me with making it run faster without compromising too much quality.

Whoa, that SWF is 6.5 megabytes...that's crazy. A person with a modem will wait like 30 minutes for that to load.

Whomever made that SWF did not compress it properly or made it too high resolution! The music embedded in it is also not helping.

Very, Very, Very bad design!
I did not even wait for it to load.
Remember the number ONE rule in website designs:
--- You have 5 seconds to catch your client on first contact ---
(your index page).
Do NOT make any index page more than a FEW KILOBYTES, including the pictures you want to display.
Do NOT put music starting automatically: get the user to click if wants to hear music. (Music looses you 40% clients, except if you are a radio station!)
After catching your client, it is up to you... but a 6Mb file download to a client is NEVER going to work...
