If she is married to that man; then man has right to indugle in sex at least once a day; other than if she is not well. else she should give him divorce.
man should not force sex on wife; she should understand his needs too, and man should understand her problems too.
If a women withhold sex for no reason then she should be punished under breach of trust; and if man have sex more than once by force then he should be charged.

not man, you need to get mental help so that you get a clue as to what rape is. You do not have the right to demand sex. Withholding? Sounds like your relationship, and any other you would be in, is a big power struggle. You think you should have all the power, be the boss, and she is probably trying to stay sane under all of your screwed up meanness.
Get help and quit blaming her.

Well, raping her is not the answer Duh!
You might consider speaking to her about it.
How she's feeling, why she's feeling like this and how you could help her? and of course, tell her how it makes you feel.
Eventually, if you think that it is not something you can help her with on your own, maybe you could convince her to try marriage counselling and go with her to show her, that you DO love her and want her to feel happy, not feel like a sexual object, but that her happiness matters to you.
Also that, wanting to have sex with her, is not just to fullfill your needs, but also an expression of your love and desire for her?
How does that sound?
So, before you go and accuse her of withdrawing sex for no reasons, which is NEVER EVER a good idea, since you're not inside her head, and can't read her mind unless you ask her about it, I suggest that you learn a bit of self control.

I love these answers. They are right in that no means no. But they are all wrong in assuming you've no choice but to endure a sexless marriage.
If she wants to withhold sex, and won't discuss it or agree to resume having sex, it's time for you to move along. Your relationship is DEAD.
