Recently I was walking out of my on campus apartment to meet some friends in their doorm room. As I left I saw some of my other friends hang out out side their apartment. I went over to say hi. no one had beer in their hand but a couple of them had backpacks on with it in them. i talked to them for about 10 min when undercover cops showed up and made all of us take a breathalizer. I blew a .00 because i had not been drinking but the cops felt the need to get the school involved and I got written up for drinking. My school is a dry campus and you get written up and fined even if you weren't drinking but you can apeal it with the school. this is what i plan to do because I wasn't even at the pary just the wrong place at the wrong time. Will they let me off the hook do you think.

I was caught last year drinking and paid my fine. I hope that doesn't ruin my credibility.

It's a fine and I'm a student athlete who is in season so if the school holds me responsible i don't know what will happen with my coach.

just explain to them what happened I'm sure they'll understand and dismiss the whole thing ! Have you had any other problems with them or been in trouble before ... if not you should be fine.

Don't worry no one even pays attention to that stuff. The job is of the police department is to harass citizens..00 BA level? maybe they just wanted to teach you a lesson for hanging out with the wrong crowd. The school doesn't even care. Colleges don't care. As long you get good grades and that all around stuff. JUst leave your life tell em the truth and let them know "hey i kids are dying in wars out there, me? im just having a drink, not commiting murder or nothing!"

Get a copy of the police report with the 0.0 result, use it. Your record can be used in your favor, state that you had learned the lesson and have taken the pledge.

Get a copy of your breath test, present that.
