What is different about the Lewis structures you see for these compounds than what we have drawn in class?

The ones in class have all of the element symbols, the ones for organic molecules will leave off the carbon atoms. It's a lot easier to draw and for the large molecules it can save a lot of time. They also leave off the hydrogen atoms, but those can be figured out how many are missing because each carbon makes 4 bonds.
