Here is a picture I took of it through my telescope. It looks just like that to my eye in the telescope.

From above, the atmosphere looks brown. It's very bright, so it probably looks more like white than brown. The surface is very dark, but it's rock so with a flashlight the ground would probabably look just like brown rocks. The sky is so dark on Venus I don't know if you'd even be able to see without artificial lighting.

Yellowish-white...I think the colour is down to sulphur and volcanic activity.

I believe the atmosphere makes it blue/green.
