A few months ago we were out late and ran by the big W to grab some shampoo...its not a great area of town to be in...but we did it anyway....the next day all over the news "man finds cooler full of cash in parking lot and turns it in"
We were there at that time probably walking to our car...so the big debate was.."what if we had found it"
I would have turned it in
hubby said he would keep it and quit work
daughter said buy a house...
freind said travel

I would turn it into the police immediately. I could not live with myself by profitting off of someone else's misfortune. All I would do if I kept it is wonder if I am spending someone else's hard earned life savings that they had the misfortune of losing. No way could I do that without first atleast trying to find out if there was an owner. Besides, that $hit comes back to haunt you through karma eventually!!! No way am I going to risk that!

You have several options. Go to the police, they will be able to track the owner of the phone if nothing else. Keep it and spend it. Take it back to where you found it drop it off an leave. or.. Call the number in the phone and arrange for pick up. Good Luck with your decision. (Mine would be the first one)

Much as I'd love to I could not keep it. Doesn't matter who it belonged to.
I'd turn it in and pray that God grant me a favour in future when I need one instead! Lord knows I owe HIM a few.

I would watch the news and see if there was someone missing it. Then decide if I would keep it or not. I would spend it slowly so don't get in trouble for taxes.
