In any aspect of your life, do you blindly follow rules dictated to you by someone else (just to cover your own back) or do you use common sense to do whats morally right and fair?

I will follow rules if they do not clash with my common sense - if they do not seem logical and I can do something about the rules I will - I will lobby here, there and everywhere to get things changed, I do not accept the wording 'because that's the rule' without a challenge. If I can't change it then I have to accept that at least I have tried and then follow the rules.
I never agree with people moaning about anything and not doing anything about it, people who moan constantly about their jobs should look elsewhere to be happy etc.

Common sense where possible. If there is a conflict between rules and common sense then I obey the rules I have to.

I use common sense when I don't have to follow the rules....some legal rules...if you don't follow those rules....will cost you time...and cause more problems than it is worth by not following them...

..some business and public rules can be a good thing...but with personal aspects...especially with guys....I can't follow the guys rules...because those ususally are just going to be good for them...not me....

...many times following common sense is best....for being happy....

One could easily ask the very same about millions of people who blindly follow "society's rules". Why do people continue to follow the "world system", knowing that these methods and rules of governing behaviour are made up by the limits of the human psyche? Mankind still cannot come to any definite conclusion about life - how it began and/or how it will end. The 'time factor' of the precepts and teachings of the Bible are not constrained by human boundaries. God is our Creator and the teachings of God's Word have no limits or restrictions. God and His teachings are eternal. God IS both the beginning and the end.

You`ll never know how many times I`ve gotten in trouble for using common sense. It seems that common sense isn`t very common.

I use my common sense to do what's right and fair, I wish more people in this world would do it, maybe we wouldn't have to make so many stupid and immature laws if people would think for themselves!!
