how do i determine the pH of a solution that is formed by mixing 50ml of .2835M HCl and 75ml of .2558M NaOH

Use pH paper and test the solution, match the tested pH color with the colors of the pH levels which should be found on the packaging of the pH paper. (Don't know where you buy them but they're expensive)

Find moles of HCl and NaOH
Assuming that moles NaOH>moles HCl, subtract moles HCl from moles NaOH
Divide remaining moles NaOH by 0.125 L to get moles/liter
Find pOH of this solution
Find pH=14-pOH.
