I don't like the way yahoo operates, and i was wondering if you guys feel the same.

I hate the violation system.
But I love Polls and Survey. So addicting.

They sent me a sticker, 2 light bulbs and a nice shopping tote just for passing some time here...
Yahoo Answers is OK in my book...
It is a little too easy for any group to censor any opposing ideas using the violation system and Yahoo Answers as their own private propaganda machine.

There are still things about yahoo! Answers that I'm still learning about but so far I've enjoyed participating.

Overall I enjoy it.
Lately I have gotten sick of the Martial Arts area. that is my usual haunt. But I am sick of people who don't truly understand the arts, they are making rude and incorrect comments. Not at all like a true martial artist should act.
I still don't understand the "Top Contributor" thing?????
I would like that to go away, I have seen very underserving people with that badge on their name.

I like it very much. I have learned thing here and helped others learn or laugh even. I don't care how they operate, it is a FREE service you know.

I think Yahoo, is so annoying, They delete your answers for no reason. When they send you a violation notice email, they dont give you a reason why they deleted it. They say "if your question has not violated the policy, please send us an email and explain why."
Um, ya I would explain why, if you guys tell me why you deleted my answer and how was my question a violation.

Mostly it is OK and usually fun. There are some mean people though, I just ignore them. Have a fun day!

i always have something to whine about yahoo, the VNs, the missing avatars, the tc badges, the suspensions and all that.

very annoying...very tolerant of one side of various issues and very intolerant of the other side's point of view.
