i unfortunaley live here n these people make it seem like is the best place on earth its very boring to me cos i used to live in Miami n i know what living in a famous n great city feels like. when i go to Miami know one metions Indianapolis n there are never any movies made in indianapolis like Miami ie Miami Vice Bad Boys Bad Boys 2 the subtitute, 2 fast 2 furious and a lot more n there no famos people from here. i wanna know what you think of indianapolis.

I think it is important....just not famous or comparable to NYC or LA. It doesn't really get the attention of many people....at least here in the NYC metro area.
Miami, La, and NYC are major tourist attractions....so you constantly hear about them....Indianapolis is not a place many people consider when they are planning a trip. Many people only think about it when they are talking about football-the Colts.

I live in a NJ suburb close to NYC. To tell you the truth, NYC isn't all that fun. I go there at least once a month. Las Vegas only seems fun at night. LA is cool, but so is Miami. I'd pick Miami because there is alot of close-by attractions.

i'm from NAP-TOWN! i now live in atlanta, not my choice to move.
as far as movies, rent hoosiers. the state of indiana is known mostly for basketball, indy car racing, and amateur sports. recently, with the success of the colts, the city has gained fame for football as well.
as a native hoosier, the best reason to live in indianapolis would be to raise a family. we are conservative in values and friendly.
as far as the city being the same as nyc or l.a.? i dont think the city is aspiring to be such. we are happy to have midwestern values--such as saving rather than spending.
if you're thinking of starting a family nap IS the place to go.

yeah famous and great for gang life and drug dealing, Indy is boring to you because you can't appreciate any other culture than your own...
E.G. your other Indy question (white people can be as boring and as fun as any other race)

I lived there while my wife was doing her internship at IUPUI Medical Center. We couldn't get out of there fast enough.
