alot of times you can get a really kewl cell phone for free just for signing a 2 year contract. there is no way to get around paying a monthly bill, but the cell phone itself is free.

you can sign up for a contract that you pay for monthly that gives you a free phone. usually u have to buy 1 phone on the plan and then you get like 3 free or somthing. the bill monthly is usually like 40-50 bucks a month though, i think it is just cheeper personally to buy a phone

Go to a local elementary school/donation center, one that has a "donation or Cell-phone Drive" & ask to look at the box.. you want to give one to your elderly Granny for Emergency purposes..maybe get 2 , that way your not being greedy & you'll have better odds at good one.

most providers will give you a phone if you sign up for a lengthy contract with all kinds of unintelligible lingo in it. oh!! and don't forget that innitial bill you get with that free phone. lucky if it's under $300!!

a free cellphone comes with a service bundle you buy from telecommunication companies.. As you use their service, you're actually paying the free cellphone in a regular basis.
