In Vermont-
Ben & Jerry's, Cabot Cheese, Vermont Teddy Bear Factory, Vermont Country Store, There are also a lot of Historic sites you should check you.
In New Hampshire-
Mount Washington
In Maine-
Visit Kittery and the Kittery Trading Post
You should also take a driving tour to all of the lighthouses
