I just leave, then it happens to someone else and so on, and so on. America was built on unions. If your a lazy person who gives up easy, says quit then dont waste your time answering the question.

Primarily, the main reason workers establish unions is due to discontent and poor labor management.
If you plan to start a union, start organizing meetings and try to air out some of the problems with the company. You can invite representatives from some national labor groups to explain your options and rights. try to start a petition to call for union votes.
But primarily, to start the ball rolling, try to show the benefits unions had achieved in other similar institution. Good luck!

Go to the Internet and look up service employees union, they should be able to help. They have been treating employees badly for some time and I doubt you will be able to unionize.

Do you work there? If not then how do you know they are treated badly? And if you do work there then quit...there are hundreds of people who would love to take that job,and not belly ache about it.
