Not knowing anything, it is imposible for me to lie, but: i do so like to see people happy.
I could see it happening on a need to know basis.
I can't see telling someone things just to make them hurt.
The question is when will they feel good about themselves?
I may make you feel miserable today but in time you will come to feel fantastic about all you have learned.
Who knows!
But, I think my answer has to be yes.
I have told people things can't get any worse and of course they can on many occasions. So yes.

Well if someone asked me a question about themselves, then yeah I would probably answer it with a positive if I didn't know them well enough and if they were feeling down, then I would try not to say something that was going to kick them in the guts so to speak. Really depends on the person and the situation. But I have been known to lie to someone when they have asked me a question about themselves cause I don't like to hurt anyones feelings.

No... A lot of other people will just so they don't have to rock the boat and make people see the reality, but to be honest, a lot more people need that reality-check. Some are in denial about the way things truly are, so I try to tell them. If they choose to ignore the truth, then they are just being stupid and are not worth any more of my time.

I'm not gonna lie..
I have done it many times.
I know, I know. I shouldn't, but I am afraid of truth. Well, I am more afraid of what they will think of me if I do say what is on my mind.
BUT, I have gotten over it, and I make sure that I tell them what IS on my mind, in order for them to fix whatever it may be before they could probably get made fun of just because I couldn't speak up.

NO, I would rather remind them about all their good traits and try to make them feel good that way. I hate being lied to so I don't lie to people. •~*♥*~•

ma friends all know me for being straight to the point .If that person has a low self esteem and think they are eg ugly i will tell them that they are beautiful in my eyes becouse i look at the person they r and forget thier outward appearance it the true beauty inside that counts

I try not to. But I won't say truths if it will hurt their feelings more than it will do good.
