My favorite is the hobo and bag lady. All you need to do is go to the resale shop and look for very old style cloths and make sure u mismatch. Then you rip and patch 'em. GL and HF at the party.

I already had my plaid top. Got some red shorts and put my hair in pigtails.

Wear pajamas. If your hair is long enough, put it in piggy tails. Put a big blue bow in his hair. Make fake freckles with some brown or red eyeliner. Don't forget a baby bottle or pacifier!!

Prisoners pyjamas, you can use them anytime after too. Plaid shirt, jeans, and a straw cowboys hat. All the rest of my ideas will cost you.
